武晓慧，1993年生于山西，2018年6月毕业于北京外国语大学国际新闻与传播学院，2017年秋季学期于加拿大蒙特利尔访学。目前就职于中国日报，拾城纪实摄影师联盟成员，曾于路透社北京记者站、腾讯新闻、搜狐新闻实习，作品曾发表在中国日报、端传媒、腾讯新闻、搜狐新闻、界面正午等，关注中国社会议题、报道摄影、纪实影像、性别议题、非虚构写作等。
Xiaohui Wu graduated in 2018 with a master's degree in journalism and communication studies in Beijing. She was born in 1993 and grew up in Shanxi, China, and always has a strong interest in journalism and storytelling.
Before she joined China Daily as a photo editor in July 2018, she worked as an intern for Reuters (Beijing Bureau), Tencent News, Sohu News, etc. Her works including photo stories and writings were published on China Daily, Reuters, Initium Media, Tencent.com, Sohu.com, Jiemian, among other media outlets. She mainly focuses on social issues in China: social justice, gender issue, border and immigration, urbanization, environment, aging society, etc.
Except for her interest in visual reportage, she also writes non-fiction stories. In the fall of 2017, she studied at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada for an academic visit on literary journalism.
